Features an electromagnetic disc brake with automatic dead-man feature that activates when user releases handle. Ideal in loading dock areas as a powered pallet truck, powered pallet tilter, or as a manual turntable. Rolls smoothly on polyurethane steer and load wheels.

For safe rotation, the pallet load is flipped over 180 degrees, the new pallet is placed on top, and it is fastened with forks and side panels.

What do Pallet Inverters do?

Pallet Inverters are used for the rotation of pallet loads where exchange of pallets or inversion of product is required.

Without a Pallet Inverter it is necessary to load and unload pallets by hand which is difficult, slow, and a source of potential worker injury.

Pallet Inverters eliminate the need for manual handling and therefore eliminate the injury risk whilst increasing cycle times and productivity.

How does it work?

Pallet inverters consist of a rotating box incorporating a clamping mechanism attached to a fixed base frame.

The clamp is hydraulically actuated and the sensor plates prevent any product damage.

The operator (usually the forklift driver) needs to press only one button to initiate a full cycle.
